Premium is bought inside the app, on the paywall. Prices are shown in USDand your store may convert and tax them for your country.

Paying does not buy you a better network.

Free and Premium use the same tunnel, the same nodes and the same countries. Most VPNs hold features back to make free hurt. We hold back exactly two things: the ads and the clock.

How the billing actually works.

Apple and Google take the payment

Premium is an in-app subscription. If you bought it on iPhone, iPad or Mac, Apple bills you. If you bought it on Android, Google bills you. We never see or store your card.

You manage it in your store account

Renewals, price changes, payment method and cancellation all live in App Store subscription settings or Play Store subscription settings. There is no billing page in our app that can override them.

Refunds go through the store

Because Apple and Google hold the money, they decide refunds. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or your Play Store order history. Emailsupport@phantomvpn.site first if the app is at fault.

One subscription. Every device you sign in on.

Premium is attached to your account, not to a device. Buy it once on your phone and it is already active on your Mac, your iPad and your Android phone the moment you sign in. There is no seat count to manage and nothing to deactivate when you change device. Buying on Apple and later signing in on Android works, because the account, not the store, carries your status.

Pricing and billing, answered

Does the free plan ever expire?

No. The free plan has no end date and no trial clock. You start with 0 minutes and earn 60 minutes each time you watch an ad of at least 30 seconds, up to three ads a day, with a ceiling of 300 minutes in a day. Minutes are counted while you are connected, so time you do not use is not spent. You can stay on the free plan for as long as you like.

What happens when the free trial ends?

The trial rolls into the paid plan automatically. Premium Monthly gives you 3 days free and then bills $9.99 a month. Premium Yearly gives you 7 days free and then bills $59.99 once a year. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged, and you keep Premium until the trial's last day. If you do nothing, Apple or Google charges the card on your store account.

How do I cancel Premium?

In your store account, not in our app. On iPhone, iPad or Mac, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Phantom VPN there. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge. Premium keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops back to the free plan.

How do refunds work?

Apple and Google handle the money, so they handle refunds. We never see your card and we cannot issue a refund ourselves. For an App Store purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your order history in the Play Store. Their store policies decide the outcome. If something about the app itself is broken, write to us first at support@phantomvpn.site and we will try to fix it.

Is there a device limit on Premium?

No. Premium is attached to your account, not to a device or a seat. Sign in on your iPhone, your iPad, your Mac and your Android phone and Premium is already active on each of them. There is no per-device count to manage and nothing to deactivate when you replace a device.

Do I need an account to pay?

Yes, and to use the free plan too. Signing in with an email one-time code, Google or Apple is required, so accounts are not anonymous. The account is what carries your minutes and your Premium status between devices, and it is how your purchase is restored when you sign in somewhere new. We store the email on your account and when you last signed in.

Try it on the free plan first.

No card to enter. Watch one ad and you have an hour on the network.
