Answers to the questions we hear most
I paid on the website but the app still shows a paywall. What do I do?
Sign in to the app with the exact same email you used to buy on the website. Signing in with that email is what unlocks Premium — there is nothing to enter and nothing to buy again. If it still shows locked after signing in, contact us below with that email address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the website, cancel any time from your account page — you keep access until the end of the period. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in the store where you bought it; we genuinely cannot cancel a store subscription for you.
The VPN won’t connect. How do I fix it?
First, try a different node or country — a single node can be busy or offline. Make sure only one VPN is active (iOS and Android allow just one tunnel at a time), then fully quit and reopen the app. If it still fails, message us below with your platform and app version and we’ll look into it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open your account page (or Settings inside the app) and choose Delete account. It permanently removes your devices, subscription record and free-time balance, and cancels any website subscription. It cannot be undone.
How fast do you reply?
Most messages get a reply within one business day. You’ll get an automatic confirmation the moment your message reaches us, so you know it landed.
